Kenyan businessman Kennedy Rapudo has shared how he met the well-known Kenyan socialite Amber Ray, who is now the mother of his children.
In a brief interview with Parents Magazine, Rapudo opened up about his first encounter with Amber Ray at an outdoor park and chill event.
“She approached me. There was a place along Thika Road where people would go to park their cars, relax, and have drinks. So, I went there and parked my car, and then I noticed a woman who was looking at me in a way that made me want to approach her.”
He continued to explain that he made the first move by approaching her and striking up a conversation to get to know her.
They met again, and soon after both parted ways with their respective partners and started dating.
“I was the one who went over and spoke to her, admitting that she was beautiful, and I had seen her on social media. She was with someone, and I was with someone. The moment she became single, I made my move,” Kennedy Rapudo said.
Rapudo explained why he did not waste any time when he found out Amber Ray was single, stating that he had been waiting for nearly two years.
Additionally, it was easy to win her over because she had already developed an interest in him, which made it easier for them to connect.
“She was actually trying to set me up with one of her friends, but I was interested in her. So one day, she asked if we could have a glass of wine, and the rest is history,” Kennedy explained.
