Ethic Entertainment Sets Tough Conditions for Rekless’ Return

The Gengetone music group, Ethic Entertainment, has set tough conditions for their former member, Rekless, who parted ways with the group a few years ago to pursue a solo career.

The group, which was among the first to gain recognition for Gengetone music, originally consisted of four members: Rekless, Swat, Seska, and Zilla.

After gaining fame and wealth, there were reported misunderstandings within the group, leading Rekless to be the first to leave and causing the group to be left handicapped.

However, several months later, the remaining three members regrouped and announced their return to music after a period of silence. They made it clear that they would not allow Rekless to return without undergoing a rigorous process.

Speaking on a recent blog, Swat, Seska, and Zilla stated that Rekless left them at a time when he was most needed in the group. Therefore, if he wishes to return, he must go through a difficult process to be accepted back into the group.

“[Rekless], you left us, and now you want to come back. You see, we are saying if you leave and want to come back, there must be a protocol that you must follow to be accepted again. Because it’s obvious that we have moved forward without you, and now you come back, maybe because things haven’t been going well elsewhere, that happens,” Ethic said.

Using an example, they explained that even the greatest football player, Lionel Messi, if he wanted to return to the club he was nurtured in for many years, Barcelona, he couldn’t just return because he’s a legend; he would have to follow certain protocols.

“It’s not out of malice, even Messi, if he wants to return to Barcelona, certain conditions must be met, he can be bought for a small or large amount of money depending on agreements. If [Rekless] decides to come back, we’ll talk like mature adults and come to an agreement,” they added.

The trio also mentioned that they hold no grudges against their departed colleague, and if he were to return and collaborate with them, they would be ready anytime.

“We have no ill will, we only wish him well, just as he wished us well when he left,” they concluded.
