Another video featuring Pastor James Ng’ang’a of Neno Evangelism has sparked controversy among Kenyans on various social media platforms.
In an undisclosed video that has circulated widely online, Pastor Ng’ang’a is heard offering a reward of Ksh 1,000,000 to anyone who can show him a Luo individual without an HIV/AIDS infection. He expresses his concern about what he perceives as immoral behavior in society, particularly among the Luo community, suggesting that they are heading towards condemnation.
In the video, Ng’ang’a states, “Hawa watu wa Nyanza wanaendelea kukera Mungu. Jehenamu yazidi kupanuliwa juu yao. Nionyeshe jaluo hana ukimwi nimpee milioni moja …” (Translation: “These people from Nyanza continue to anger God. Hellfire is expanding because of them. Show me a Luo without HIV/AIDS, and I’ll give you one million…”)
Critics on social media have accused Pastor Ng’ang’a of promoting tribalism in the country and have called on relevant authorities to take action against the preacher for his divisive statements
