Popular content creator Nicki Bigfish and his family are currently grappling with the heartbreaking loss of his father, who passed away after a courageous battle with a cancerous tumor.
The news was shared by Nicki on Saturday, February 3, marking the end of a challenging journey that had seen his father admitted to the hospital for several months.
The journey became public knowledge in late 2023 when Nicki first revealed his father’s health struggle.
Expressing gratitude for the support he received during the difficult time, Nicki shared a video from his father’s bedside, announcing, “My dad has a cancerous head tumor. We are waiting for surgery early next year, inshallah.”
Despite the hopeful anticipation for the surgery, Nicki’s father, unfortunately, succumbed to the illness.
In a recent post, Nicki Bigfish shared a blurred video from the hospital as he announced the passing of his father.
With a heavy heart, he expressed regret for not being able to fulfill a promise he made to his father, stating, “I promised to take you back home walking, but I’ll take you back in a box. I failed you. I am sorry. Rest easy.”
The announcement prompted an outpouring of condolences from fellow celebrities and fans alike. Abel Mutua offered his condolences, stating, “My condolences, champ! You didn’t fail, though. That is exactly how it was destined to be.” Eddie Butita joined in, saying, “My condolences, brother, you tried your best. May God guide you and your family through this tough time; it shall be well.”
