Azimio la Umoja presidential candidate Raila Odinga has come out to claim that IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati’s declaration of William Ruto as president-elect is null and void. Speaking on Tuesday, Raila said that Chebukati has no absolute power over other commissioners.
Chebukati, while announcing the results on Monday, claimed the commission braved serious intimidation, including the arrest of some staff at the national tallying centre.
