Ugandan socialite and entrepreneur Zari Hassan has threatened to end her marriage with her 31-year-old husband, Shakib Cham Lutaaya, if he does not change his ways.
In a live session on her social media account, the mother of five revealed that her husband is insecure about their marriage and has been questioning her relationship with her co-parent, Diamond Platnumz.
Zari explained that she had to go live to make it clear that she and Diamond are no longer romantically involved, just to reassure her husband of her faithfulness in their marriage.
“Let me tell you something, if I wanted to get back with Diamond, I could. If Diamond wanted to get back with me, he could. But we are done. We are completely done. I don’t want him, and he doesn’t want me,” Zari said on Sunday night.
The socialite made it clear that she has a husband, and her co-parent also has a partner.
“My husband is not very confident, and that brings a lot of problems. I have to be here explaining. Really? The whole Boss Lady, I have to do an entire live session just to reassure my husband. This session is to prove something to my husband,” she added.
The 43-year-old businesswoman noted that she has all the good qualities and can have anyone she wants.
“But I chose my husband, and I don’t care how you see him. Oh, he’s broke, he’s not good enough, I don’t care. I chose him. I chose to be with him as my husband, and then he puts me in this position!” she said.
Zari hinted that her husband must stop being insecure about their marriage if he wants it to thrive.
She also boasted that she could easily find someone else to replace the Ugandan businessman if he does not trust her.
“My man better change; he better realize this. If my man doesn’t recognize who I am, it’s a shame. I will surely find someone who will value me because I am worth more,” she said.
“Darling, if you don’t recognize who I am, unfortunately, I will find someone to take your place. And I am not afraid.”
She made it clear that she is always loyal to the person she is dating at any given time.
The drama in Zari’s marriage began a few days ago when singer Diamond visited the socialite in South Africa to celebrate their daughter Latiffah Dangote’s birthday.
