Ruto brings Bumala market into a standstill, as he raids Raila Odinga’s bedroom

Deputy President William Ruto on Saturday made a grand entry into ODM leader Raila Odinga’s Busia County backyard to a rousing welcome by residents.

Ruto was given a reception by a huge crowd in Bumala Town who chanted the hustler slogans.

In his address to the youths, Ruto who invited Susan Nyausa, Woman Rep aspirant in the county on a UDA ticket, promised to give out Ksh 1million for the women to boost their business.

He also took a swipe to his competitors, asking them to stop disturbing the President and allow him to serve Kenyans.

He called Kenyans to stay away from political and threats from the so called ‘deep state and the system.’

Without naming them, the DP was alluding to powerful members of the public service, and business people who are power brokers and exercise political influence from the shadow

DP Ruto is expected to president over functions in three sub-counties  of  Matayos, Butula and Teso North. He will also preside over another Harambee in aid of st mary’s Mundika boys secondary School and for women’s group in Matayos sub-county.
