Medical Officer Who Vowed to Help Injured Kenyans During Tuesday Finance Bill Protest Arrested

A medical officer who had vowed to assist injured Kenyans during the Tuesday anti-finance protest has reportedly been arrested.

A Twitter user who appears to be in possession of Austin Omondi, popularly known as Ja Prado’s phone, posted on his X platform: “Ja Prado amechukuliwa outside Sikh Union. Retweet widely, guys. Sijui wameenda naye KCU 819H.”

Ja Prado, who was actively involved in the last two protests in Nairobi providing medical care to injured protesters, had announced on Saturday during a Twitter space organized by Osama Otero that they would organize camps responsible for treating injured protesters.
