Point Blank host Tony Gachoka stung DP William Ruto’s allies on Sunday after the KTN TV Journalist claimed he had personally spoke to President Uhuru Kenyatta and he can confirm the relationship between the president and his deputy is irredeemably broken and cannot be salvaged, if what President Uhuru said is anything to go by. Gachoka claimed he had an in depth discussion with President Uhuru and got his first hand views on his relationship with his deputy as well as the future of Kenya as country heads towards 2022.
This did not go down well with Elgeyo Marakwet Senator Kipchumba Murkomen, who fired back at Gachoka instantly. He took on the Point Blank host, telling him off and reminding him he does not own President Uhuru. He urged Gachoka to instead focus on attacking DP William Ruto on his show. Murkomen reminded Gachoka how he was among the people who wanted President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy jailed at the Hague.
In a rejoinder, Gachoka distanced himself from the Hague claims, and reminded Senator Murkomen what transpired and led to Kenya being at the ICC. Gachoka equipped, it was William Ruto’s war mongering in the Rift Valley that led to conflict between the Kikuyus and Kalenjins.
