Following his utterances that neared incitement to violence, Kenyans are currently calling for the immediate action against Kapseret Member of Parliament Oscar Sudi.
This is after a video featured online of the legislator addressing Interior Cabinet Secretary Dr. Fred Matiang’I over the deportation of DP Ruto’s Turkish Business associate Harun Aydin.
Talking in the short video, the angry DP Ruto ardent supporter insisted that CS Matiangi ordered Harun’s deportation back to Turkey with ulterior motive.
The vocal Tanga Tanga legislator went on to put the CS on notice about his tenure in office noting that he will get out of his current position in “one way or another”.
“Don’t take Kenyans for fools, spending a lot of time to explain nothing,” the MP stated.
The video was then widely circulated with many notifying the National Cohesion for Integration Commission to take keen notice on Sudi’s utterances.
“@NCIC_Kenya One year to elections, warning shots are already being fired. What the hell is this Oscar Sudi is insinuating?” one concerned citizen stated.
One Waisaka Chibole added: “My Take: A country that has people like Oscar Sudi advising it’s DP is forever condemned! We are heading in Unknown destination to allow such character to advise DP on his foreign relations, diplomacy and international relations with dictatorial states like Uganda. It is a tragedy.”
Oscar Sudi, the TERRORIST GUARANTOR's spokesperson has sent a warning to Uhuru and any other person who is ñot WILLIAM RUTO, that they will have to leave govt come 2022. If the ballot doesn't work…they will use any other means necessary. #DryFry pic.twitter.com/qdGCc3G1Sn

This is not the first time the Kapseret legislator is being accused of hate speech, having been arrested and arraigned in court over the same just at the beginning of the year, having made an unbecoming statement against Mama Ngina Kenyatta and the family.
The matter is still within the court with a third witness reportedly lined up to give the account of events.
“Sadly, for all of us, only two witnesses have given their testimonies we have been waiting for the third witness… It’s a little bit disturbing given that the arrest of Oscar Sudi in Eldoret was very dramatic given that he was flown from Eldoret to Nakuru in a police chopper.
“Then several months later, this is now almost a year after, we only have two witnesses and the other witnesses don’t want to come to court… And that’s why at the onset we must condemn the manner in which the prosecution, the police and the National Cohesion and Integration Commission are running around this case They should be very clear, they can’t keep holding the court hostage,” Sudi’s lawyer, Kipng’eno Ng’etich told reporters on August 13, 2021.
