A 14-year-old class eight pupil is nursing serious injuries in his private parts following a beating he received at school after he was found with a phone.
The class eight pupil who is also the head boy at St Augustine Boys Primary School in Khayega, Kakamega County, is said to have lost consciousness following the beating from four of his teachers.
In an interview with TV47, the boy revealed that he was seriously beaten because he had refused to hand over his phone. One of the teachers accidentally stepped on his private parts during the scuffle which resulted in him fainting and later regained consciousness.
It’s is reportedly that the teachers contiued beating the boy even after fainting as other stepped on his private parts. It took the intervention of other school staffs who saved the young boy.
His mother who has since reported the incident to the police is now calling for justice for the 14-year-old who is currently receiving treatment.
She said that ultrasound results from the hospital confirmed that the boy was assaulted.
