President Uhuru Kenyatta has finally broken silence on what transpired between him and his Deputy President William Ruto that led to their bitter fallout.
Speaking during an exclusive interview, the Head of State said that he is not happy with the second in command because of his endless trials to attack the same government that he is serving in.
President Kenyatta further stated that he doesn’t know the exact reason why there is a disparity between him and the Second in Command but he only realized his deputy was pissed off when he started working together with Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party leader Raila Odinga after the 2017 general election.
The Head of State also noted that he started working with DP Ruto in 2013 to unite the country just the way he welcomed the former Prime Minister for the same reason.
The President also said that he is surprised that the DP is unhappy with such advancement that was aimed at bringing all Kenyans together further asking the Deputy to formally resign if he feels threatened.
On Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) report, the head of state joined his handshake partner in accepting the ruling from the court of Appeal judges.
He, however, faulted the judiciary system claiming they are Killing the dream of many Kenyans who were banking their hope on the Bill that was shot down by the court of appeal.
