The vocal Gatundu South Member of Parliament Moses Kuria has given his view on the 2022 General polls aftermath following numerous claims that he wants to betray Deputy President William Ruto.
The lawmaker weighed in on what is needed in the year 2022 is to accept the outcome and even the former National Super Alliance Co-Principals should not protest as this will create peace after the electioneering process.
The lawmaker further stated that if the second in command is also defeated he should also prepare himself to go back to his Sugoi home and start up a new life.
Kuria also cleared the air on claims that he is planning to betray DP Ruto, stating he is in the front line to campaign for the Deputy President assuring him that the Mt Kenya region is fully behind his presidency.
“I am on the first lane to campaign for the DP to become the fifth President of the Republic. I want to tell you, again and again, I am speaking in the authority of the Deputy President of the Republic of Kenya. If Raila, Kalonzo, Gideon Moi, and Mudavadi defeats him, he will go back to Sugoi and go plant Maize. No Problem,” Kuria stated.
“Us as the DP Ruto’s camp we also want that when we also defeat them they should not protest. They should learn to accept the outcome of an election. It’s not a Must we change the Constitution to suit their need,” he added
“The people of Nandi are the ones who will first make DP Ruto. Not us from Mt Kenya, we are popularly known as investors. And an investor does not change up his mind anyhow, we as the Mt Kenya people we have decided its DP Ruto since 2013,” Kuria stated.
