He was very sure of Arsenal beating Manchester United at Old Trafford on Thursday night.
Things however turned against his thoughts as Manchester United narrowly won the game.
Letoo’s colleague identified as Grand Mullah Kaizer finally emerged the winner of the 50k stake placed on the match.
He taunted Letoo by telling him that he had sent one thousand shillings so that he could buy a handkerchief for wiping his hands.
A fan told him that the next thing he would loose was his wife after the bet.
He sarcastically said that he doesn’t have a wife.
Arsenal opened the scoring chart with an early goal before United responded through Bruno Fernandes’ goal before Ronaldo scored either side of a strike by Martin Odegaard to guide United to a victory that lifted the team to seventh place, three points off the top four.
Ronaldo, whose winner came from the penalty spot and was followed by his trademark pirouette-in-the-air celebration, moved onto 801 goals for his career for club and country and played like a man eager to impress his new manager.
