Kenyans shocked by the touching thing they notice in one of Ntimama’s daughters

This past week, Deputy President William Ruto hosted the family of his late namesake and former influential cabinet minister, William Ole Ntimama. As he posted photos that he took with each of them, one in particular took special notice to many, going by the comments that Kenyans began posting.

It soon emerged that one of the late politician’s daughters who seemed pretty youthful and was dressed in red, is quite a social individual who regularly mingles with people.

Comments expressing shock and disbelief started streaming in, with some shocked she was related to Ntimama all along.

One Annastasia Wanjahi was the first to express her surprise, writing,
“I dint know u were one of ntimama’s daughter..simple n humble.”
This was swiftly followed by another one from Shelel Kisianan, who even called her by her name, exclaiming “Supa!” and that it had been long since they had seen each other.

On his online accounts, the DP wrote,

It was great interacting with the family of the Late Cabinet Minister William ole Ntimama, led by his son Amos Ntimama, Karen, Nairobi County.

It wasn’t the first time the country’s second in command was meeting the family of the famous Maa leader. Back in July, Deputy President William Ruto condoled with the family, following the death of the late Mama Dorcas Ntimama, wife to the late Cabinet Minister William Ole Ntimama.

Ruto who visited their home at Muthangari prayed to God to grant them strength and comfort.

“We pray to God that He grants strength and comfort to the Ntimama family and their loved ones during this time of grief,” Ruto said.
During his condolence message Ruto said Mama Ntimama, was a firm, God-fearing and responsible woman who brought up upright and diligent children.

“We pay tribute to the great life that she led and the memorable mark that she leaves behind. We will miss her warm company,” Ruto said.

“We pray that God grants the Ntimama family and their loved ones strength and comfort to bear the loss. Rest In Peace, Mama Dorcas.”
