“Hypocritical legislators like Orengo cannot hide” Miguna Miguna takes on Orengo with embarrassing remarks

Kenyan born Canadian exiled lawyer Miguna Miguna set the internet ablaze with scathing remarks on Senior Counsel James Orengo and President Uhuru Kenyatta over their recent move to appeal the BBI ruling.

In what appears as an attack over recent move by the Siaya senator to lead the appeal team against the high court ruling on the BBI declaring it null and and void the firebrand barrister struck at Orengo calling him hypocritical.

Taking to his official Twitter handle, the NRM general criticized Orengo’s representation of the BBI team in the impeachable offence for violating the constitution.

He termed Orengo a hypocritical for representing the handshake team in what he termed a “BBI fraud” calling on the Siaya Senator to act otherwise.

“LAW 101 When a court of competent jurisdictions rules that an illegitimate president like despot Uhuru Kenyatta has committed an impeachable offence and/or violated the Constitution, legislators like @orengo_james whose jobs are to impeach him cannot represent him in court.” Miguna miguna wrote.

“Hypocritical legislators like Orengo & Company cannot hide under Conman Raila Odinga: both Raila and Kenyatta are one and the same in the #BBIFraud debacle.” Miguna miguna continued.

President Kenyatta was at the beginning of this month on the record banking on the Senior counsel’s legal prowess to deliver victory at the appellate court, while addressing residents at Wagai market Gem constituency.

“What is before us we will sort out, I am sure. If we have lawyers like Senator Orengo, can we be defeated really?” he posed.

The president urged that the BBI was for the benefit of all Kenyans, and not only to him and ODM leader Raila Odinga.

“BBI is not helping Raila and his family. BBI is not helping Uhuru. It is for bringing justice for every Kenyan. And that is what I am pleading with you, please come out and support it,” he urged.
