“Hiyo certificate ni ya Bob Onyango” Oscar Sudi in trouble as it emerges that he forged KCSE certificate

Kapsaret Member of Parliament Oscar Sudi is in trouble after it was alleged that he did not sit the 2006 Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE).

The Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC) secretary Nabiki Ene Kashu told Magistrate Felix Kambo that Sudi did not register or sit the 2006 KCSE exams at Highway Secondary school in Nairobi.

Kashu, who received a letter from Ethics and Anti-corruption Commission (EACC) requesting confirmation of candidacy and result of Oscar Sudi of the year 2006, established that the 401006 code used by the legistlator did not belong to Highway Secondary but Parklands Secondary school.

She says that they aslo established that a candidate by the name Sudi did not appear in the 2006 KNEC database for either Parklands Secondary or Highway Secondary school.

Kashu said Index 401096/081 belonged to Obaje Bob Onyango, who was registered and sat the 2006 KCSE exams at Parklands Secondary School.

“There is no possiblity of two schools sharing a code number during a given examination. Similarly, there is no possiblity of two candidates sharing same index number,” Kashi said.
