DP Ruto’s Associate Harun Aydin Deported back to Turkey

Deputy President William Ruto’s business associate and Turkish national Ayidin Harun has finally been deported back to his Country according to his lawyer.

Harun the Turk was reportedly departed in the early morning of today Monday August 9, 2021 after being held for two nights by the Anti-Terror Police Unit (ATPU).

Speaking earlier today at the Kahawa law courts in Kiambu County his lawyer Senior Counsel Ahmednasir Abdulahi noted that the businessman was deported back to Turkey from Nairobi.

“Confirmed Harun Aydin was deported. The government realized it can’t sustain a criminal case.

“How can you arrest someone from the streets everyday and say that he has financed terrorism and then as the government you do not even have the guts to bring him to court so that you can see that process through. It shows how shameless,” the Senior Counsel announced.

The grand Mullah further vowed that with the help other fellow lawyers, he will fight tooth and nail to challenge the decision to deport back the Turkish national without proper procedure.

His sentiments were also reiterated by the former statehouse digital strategist Dennis Itumbi who also claimed that Harun is a brother to former a former Prime Minister of Kazakhstan.

“Harun Resit Aydin deported. For the record, Aydin is a Turkish citizen and a brother to a former PM of Kazakhstan,” claimed Itumbi.

It all began with the Deputy President William Ruto being blocked from travelling to the neighboring Uganda Country early last week.

He would later be arrested upon his arrival from Uganda on August 7th, 2021, and detained at the ATPU offices from their business trip in Uganda.

DP Ruto’s allies would later argue that his arrests were carried out to dwarf him politically, amid questions from Raila Odinga’s allies about the businessman’s intentions in Uganda.

Responding to his friend’s arrest the second in command referred to Ayidin’s arrest as a bottom-up arrogance been supported by cartels.

“Turkish investor, Aydin Harun, is a victim of top-down arrogance bred by patronage and cartels that criminalize enterprise. Importers’ goods declared contraband, Africa Spirits closed, Keroche harassed, now investor with valid papers labelled a terrorist. Tragedy of political pettiness,” DP Ruto tweeted.
