Bungoma governor Wangamati dismisses Mudavadi’s presidential bid. By Isaac Wanjekeche

Bungoma governor Wyclife Wangamati has poured cold water on ANC leader Musalia Mudavadi’s bid , terming it inconsequential.

Wangamati has cautioned Musalia from wasting resources on pursuit for presidency .

” My brother Musalia is merely wasting resources in the name of looking for presidency. He has done very little to consolidate his Western backyard”, said Wanbamati.
“When will he have time to drum support for his bid in other parts of the country ?”,he questioned.

He said other candidates like DP William Ruto have made political impact in the region as the local politicians watch helplessly.
He said the Luhya voters will not vote for him just because he is a local.
“Musalia must prove to the people that he meets the bills of leadership. He cant afford to be lazy and expect returns”, said the hard hitting Ford Kenya governor.

Wangamati said leaders like former Vice president Michael Wamalwa emerged and worked hard to solidify the region before making an impact in national politics.
