Deputy President William Ruto has taken a swipe against ODM leader Raila Odinga during his tour to the Rift valley region.
While popularizing his bottom-up economic model, Ruto ignited a crowd after making a stopover at Mau Narok, Njoro Constituency, Nakuru County for an SMEs 2empowerment programme after he portrayed ODM leader Raila Odinga as one who is not worth leading the country.

The second-in-command will then proceed to Molo and Kuresoi North sub-counties with stop overs in Elburgon, Molo Town, Muchorwe and Seguton respectively.
He will cap his Thursday itinerary with three other meetings in Kuresoi south, making stopovers in Keringet, Olenguruone, and Kiptagich.
