September 2017, at Wangige market in Kiambu county, Moses Kuria used abusive words since then there has been an on going case and today, A Milimani court has dismissed incitement charges against him making this a third time Moses Kuria go Scot free on matters incitement.
Chief magistrate Francis Andayi in his ruling pointed out how the video clip that was sourced from social media and no evidence was used in the mainstream media. The prosecution also failed to produce a kikuyu translator since the entire video was in the Agikuyu dialect.
Moses Kuria was arrested on September 11, 2017, after police completed the investigation. That pointed at him uttering abusive words to Nasa Leader Raila Odinga and his wife Ida Odinga. He denied the charges.
