Cases of Babu Owino’s security harassing common wananchi has become a norm and the unbridled lot need to be reined in.
Last year, Babu and his bodyguard were charged with assaulting a park attendant.
The court heard that on January 11 at Fortis Towers in Westlands, Nairobi, Babu and Fanuel Owino jointly with others not before the court, assaulted David Gichagu and caused him “actual bodily harm”.
Babu was also separately charged with two counts of using insulting language “in a manner likely to cause a breach of the peace and create a disturbance”.
