Meet Kenyan Gospel Rapper Arrested Over G4S Money Heist

Patrick Kagaba alias Kamlesh is an East African christian rapper and poet who is born and raised in Kenya. The rapper was arrested in his garage in Kikuyu in connection to the Nairobi West Money Heist in which 72 million was stolen.

The rapper who has not made it to be a house hold name among Kenyans is well known among the group of youths he mentors, fellow musicians and clients who frequent his garage.

Those who have interacted with Kamlesh describe him as a devoted christian who preaches water and walks on the path of partaking water. Fellow musicians describe him as a mentor and icon in the music industry.

Kamlesh was arrested alongside two other suspects who were said to be part of the Heist scheme but was released earlier today amid the theft probe.
