A man identified as Laban Machoka is in distress after his newly acquired Toyota Probox was torched by unknown individuals during the night.
Machoka, who had just purchased the car, traveled to his village to celebrate the milestone with his parents.
However, the joyous occasion quickly turned into a nightmare when he woke up in the morning to find his car reduced to ashes.
In a heartfelt post on his Facebook page, Machoka shared photos of the burnt vehicle, expressing his deep disappointment.
“The reason why we will never grow…people are never happy with our little temporal achievement. Whoever did this… while we were asleep, may you never have peace,” he wrote.
