Four young Kenyans who were abducted by individuals believed to have ties to the government have finally been released, bringing relief to their families.

On Monday morning, the families of Billy Mwangi, Peter Muteti, Bernard Kavuli, and Ronny Kiplangat confirmed they had reestablished contact with their loved ones.

Mwangi and Muteti were able to reunite physically with their families.

According to reports, Ronny Kiplangat, the brother of missing cartoonist Kibet Bull, was found in Machakos County, while Bernard Kavuli, who was abducted in Ngong, was located in Kitale.

Peter Muteti was discovered in Nairobi’s central business district, though his family reports that he appeared disoriented and is now recovering at home.

However, the whereabouts of Kibet Bull remain unknown.

Sources close to the case have revealed that one of the abductees sustained severe injuries from beatings by the abductors and required urgent medical attention due to his critical condition.

The family of Kibet Bull has stated that they have only heard from his brother, Ronny Kiplangat, who was abducted prior to the cartoonist’s disappearance.

The prolonged silence and uncertainty surrounding Bull’s condition have deepened concerns among family and friends.

Meanwhile, Steve Mbisi, another individual who has been reported missing, remains unaccounted for, adding to the growing list of unresolved cases..
