Controversial preacher Pastor James Ng’ang’a has once again made headlines after ejecting a man from his crusade for recording him on his phone during a live preaching session.

The incident took place during a public sermon, where the man stood among the congregation with his phone camera focused on the pastor as he preached from the podium.

The recording, which was shared by Nairobi Gossip Club, captures the moment when Pastor Ng’ang’a became aware of the distraction.

Addressing the man directly, the pastor expressed his displeasure, explaining that the act of recording would prevent the man from properly engaging with the word of God.

“You’ll be too focused on capturing me, not the message. I love you, but I won’t tolerate this behaviour. This is my crusade, and I’ve paid for the field,” Ng’ang’a stated as he instructed the man to leave.

The pastor’s decision to remove the man from the event sparked mixed reactions online. Some social media users found humor in the situation, while others praised Pastor Ng’ang’a for standing firm in maintaining the sanctity of his service. One Instagram user commented, “The guy recording is so unbothered,” while another remarked, “Pastor Ng’ang’a forever Papa.”

Ng’ang’a, known for his unapologetic and direct preaching style, has built a reputation for not tolerating distractions during his services.

His latest move has only reinforced his image as a preacher who takes full control of his gatherings, ensuring that participants remain focused on the spiritual message rather than external activities.
