Nick Ruto, son of President William Ruto, appears to be making strides in the real estate sector following the viral circulation of photos showcasing his newly constructed multi-million apartment.
The property, dubbed Hill Top Garden Maziwa, is located along Kamiti Road and has sparked intense online discussions about Nick’s growing wealth.
The luxurious apartment boasts modern living spaces with high-quality finishes, fully equipped kitchens, en-suite bedrooms, and elegant bathrooms.
Amenities include a fitness center, swimming pool, lush gardens, and secure parking. Rent starts at a competitive rate of Ksh 35,000, making it a desirable location for tenants seeking comfort and convenience.
However, the unveiling of the property has raised questions from Kenyans, with many scrutinizing the source of Nick’s wealth. One user on X questioned:
“Your father has empowered you through dubious deals and theft of public resources to the point you are acquiring properties in Nairobi. Kindly explain to us how you acquired the land and built this property along Kamiti Road bypass, yet you are an employee of a law firm in Nairobi.”
This is not the first time Nick has been in the spotlight for his lavish lifestyle.
A few months ago, he purchased a highly modified matatu plying the Ngong–Nairobi route, known for flouting traffic laws under the apparent protection of traffic police.
Additionally, Kileleshwa Ward MCA Robert Alai alleged that Nick facilitates rogue Chinese contractors in acquiring licenses to build on riparian land, claiming he receives substantial bribes in return.
