Comedic video actor Crazy Kennar has once again proven why he is one of the biggest talents in the country.
Kennar, who often gets ideas for his sketches from various events, this time focused on the issue of Gen Z protests.
Kennar created a video with a message delivered without words, depicting how police officers return to their impoverished lives after a long day of chasing protesters here and there.
Â
In the video, Kennar, acting as a riot police officer during the protests, arrives at his poor residence, a corrugated iron house, wearing all his work gear, including his uniform, riot shield, tear gas, and other equipment used in confrontations with protesters.
After the ‘police officer’ enters his house, which lacks electricity, he starts lighting an oil stove only to find it has no fuel, forcing him to use a wood fire instead.
After finishing cooking, he realizes he has no water to wash his hands, so he uses the tear gas solution they used to disperse the protesters, then sits down to eat before receiving a call from his boss congratulating him on a job well done.
The irony is that his boss, who did not participate in the protests, congratulates him while enjoying a feast, whereas the ‘officer’ who was involved in the all-day protests eats leftovers in his poor house.
After eating, the ‘police officer’ lies down on his couch, which he uses as a bed, then uses his riot shield as a blanket and starts dealing with mosquitoes, which he is forced to use tear gas to fend off inside that poor house.
This video has attracted many people who have interpreted Kennar’s message as highlighting how police live in poverty and are then used to disperse citizens who are protesting for the rights of everyone, including those same police officers.
