Popular music producer Wuod Fibi has continued to make headlines after missing Prince Indah’s traditional wedding, held on Sunday, April 13, 2025, in Migori County.
While Wuod Fibi addressed his absence with grace and calm, his ex-wife, Nikita Love, has come out with explosive claims suggesting there’s more to the story.
According to Nikita, Wuod Fibi did not entirely skip the ceremony by choice. In a now-viral social media post, she claimed the producer attempted to gatecrash the wedding but was turned away at the entrance.
“I can just imagine what could possibly make Prince Indah not invite Jangoma and his producer, Mr. Wuod Fibi—but even in my imagination, I still can’t figure out why he left him out,” she wrote.
“The way Wuod Fibi would do anything for Indah, seriously! That guy would die for him. You’re really playing, haha. And then he tried to gatecrash, but clearly, he was bounced right from the entrance.”
Nikita’s post didn’t stop there. She implied that some friendships may have silently broken down:
“Only Wuon Arus (Indah) and the uninvited friend know the real reason. People should know who their true friends are. But again, seasons change—who can you blame?”
Wuod Fibi, on his part, had earlier maintained that he was not bitter about missing the ceremony.
In his statement, he said he had sent his well wishes in advance and that Indah had acknowledged them.
“I see very many people talking about my absence at Prince Indah’s dowry ceremony. Was it a must I attend? I don’t think so. If Evance didn’t invite me, he had his reasons—and I don’t have a problem with that.”
He further reminded fans that during his own traditional wedding, he personally invited Prince Indah—who honored the invite—as well as other artists who supported him in various ways, whether by attending or sending gifts.
“Kindly don’t create a mountain out of an anthill,” he concluded. “Let’s celebrate with them and wish them well in their marriage.”
