Police reveal shocking details on bombing of Boniface Mwangi’s house

Police have revealed futher details against Boniface Mwangi’s claims that his house was bombed in Lukenya, Machakos County.

Earlier this morning, a series of videos clips shared online by the activist, he explained that the house, which is located in Machakos, was still under construction at the time of attack.

The clip showed debris scattered around the site after the explosion. He also noted that his construction workers found bullets and remains of the explosives device at the scene.

He further noted that the thugs, who he believed had been sent by the state, also sank the foundation of his house as well as Robbed his construction workers.

On Thursday morning, police service issued a statement that had been filed at Thika police station by Isaac Ouma.

According to the reports, the attackers accosted the site workers, robbed them off person effects, and assaulted that building that was still under construction with detonators using three holes.

The suspect who are yet to be identified by the police were in a white pickup with the unknown registration number.

The workers say the attackers also shot at the scene but no injury were reported.

The cops visited the scene and are commencing investigation. The appealed to the members of the public to help identify the culprits and bring them to book.
