As Ruto’s Kenya Kwanza government is gaining momentum after long time of politics and organization, Kenyans are hopeful of a new start reflecting on Ruto’s promises during the campaigns.
Assigning work to his appointees, the Head of State has now assured Kenyans that his government is committed to making lives better while asking more time to come up with long term solutions.
Speaking at Siaya County today during his two days tour in Nyanza region, President Ruto reassured Kenyans of his commitment to deliver every. Speaking on fighting cartels, the Commander-in-Chief assigned his Deputy President, Rigathi Gachagua to take in charge.
Expressing his belief on Rigathi’s qualities and power to send off all cartels in the country, Ruto slammed those alleging that he is plotting Rigathi’s downfall in order to have him gain politically than the DP.
“Cartels are afraid of Hon.Rigathi because they know that he is a man of his word. President Ruto was accompanied by Kenya Kwanza leaders which include; DP Rigathi Gachagua, Musalia Mudavadi, and Moses Wetangula in a bid to thank the people of Bomet county for voting wisely during August polls. While addressing the residents, president Ruto revealed that he will soon supply fertilizers to the farms and call upon the area chief to submit the names of the farmers. He promised the people of Bomet that the construction of all roads will soon commerce simply because they have a well-established government.
However, after completing his speech, Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua requested permission to give his final announcement. He apologize for taking such actions and declared that he was angered by the cartels. He took his time and recognize the cabinet secretaries who accompanied Ruto.
