Known as one of the most flashy young ballers in the country, with a parking lot that boasts of some of the most expensive vehicles in automobile showrooms, claims are now being made about what his rich father has been telling employees in his company about his kids.

It all started with a tweet from NOPEU leader Rodgers Kipembe Mpuru who mischievously posted the photo of a young, vertically challenged police recruit from this week’s police pass-out parade. Although this seemed to amuse many of his followers, it appeared to have rubbed one Eric Gor the wrong way.

Gor, who claimed to have previously worked for Rodgers’ father and Tigania East Member of Parliament Lawrence Aburi Mpuru, said that although the senior Mpuru worked hard to make sure his family never starves, he once shared with them that he believed his children would gobble up all his wealth in the end. His tweet read,

You dad senior Ampuri was my boss, he sweated it all blood and sweat to ensure you have good life unfortunately he once told us as staff members my children will eat all my wealth. He recently formed a political party NOPEU for you to start your political journey but

Rodgers maintains a larger than life presence on the social media pages.
Not too many 34-year-olds in Kenya can afford the type of lifestyle that he lives.
Rodgers is a law graduate from Catholic University East Africa (CUEA).
He is married to Betty Maingi and the two have two beautiful kids together.
He owns a Salvage Motor Vehicles Company ( a huge car selling platform), several Garages in town and Carwash Centres, just but to mention a few.

Other than Business, he’s a politician with a registered political party called National Ordinary People Empowerment Union (NOPEU) where he serves as the Secretary-General.
Kipembe boasts of owning 18 cars including a Porsche, 3 range rovers, 6 Mercedes Benz, SUV v8 Land cruiser among other cars.
Despite his lavish and admirable style of living, Kipembe Mpuru says that all that is vanity because in the end everybody will die and all luxuries will remain on earth.

He is also said to own a microfinance company with branches across Kenya and is also said to be the owner of one of the biggest TV stations in Mount Kenya East, known as Meru TV.
It is worth noting that just last year, former Meru member of county assembly Ayub Bundi Solomon trounced down four candidates to win Meru assembly speaker after garnering thirty five votes.
NOPEU party national secretary general Rodgers Mpuru Kipembe secured the second position with thirty four votes.
