President William ruto today was in kilifi where he oversaw the inspection of one of the leading projects that was launched by his predecessor president Uhuru kenyatta when he was still at the reign of the country.
The head of state was accompanied by three governors drawn from the two leading politicians in the country the azimio la emoji together with the Kenya Kwanzaa Coalition. The two governors belonging to the Orange democratic movement included the vocal governor of Mombasa Abdulswamad Nassir together with his counterpart from kilifi Gideon Mungaro and and the governor for Nairobi Johnston Sakaja.

The meeting coming at a time when the president has been attending inspections of several projects that were launched initially and which he has today issued an executive Order to have some of the project halted with immediate effect.

Ruto is expected to land in nyeri on Thursday for a meeting with his cabinet secretaries his advisors and also principal secretaries who were recently sworn in to help in the running of his administration.
