Political divisions in the country laid bare as Azimio member receives cheers from his colleagues after admitting he refused to lend money to his desperately broke UDA friend

It is now coming to light that despite the rhetoric which has prevailed ever since the August poll where everyone has reconciled themselves to the poll’s outcome and resigned to live as brother and sister with each other despite political leanings, the inwardly held contempt for others may still be raw in a couple of cases.

Azimio La Umoja One Kenya Alliance Coalition Party supporter Vante took to Twitter to share a recent incident he had with his friend who voted for William Ruto. Vante revealed how the Hustler Nation member came to him for a loan but Vante turned him down, reminding him that he had laughed at him and bragged that he’s now the government. Vante confessed that for him, the election issue is personal. His tweet read,

Today, a UDA guy who has been mocking me that he is ‘the government’ came to me asking that I lend him 5k. I told him opposition (Azimio) has no money. For me, it’s personal

Surprisingly, most of the comments appeared to not only cheer him on but also share incidents where they’ve subjected their UDA friends to the same. They read,
