Although many things have previously been said and allegations made about Mathira MP Rigathi Gachagua’s days as a Public Administrator, for the first time, starling claims are coming from none other than Hon. Rigathi’s own staunch supporter from his Mt. Kenya backyard.
It has been claimed that Rigathi Gachagua served as a District Officer for Molo during the KANU era, and that his reign witnessed some of the most brutal and heart wrenching excesses of the era. However, Molo MP Kuria Kimani is not only disputing this, but in fact throwing a completely new angle on the entire story. Kuria doesn’t just claim that Rigathi didn’t unleash untold horrors on the residents of Molo, but asserts that the whole story of Rigathi ever even served as Molo DO is a lie. Kuria argues that he has scratched below the surface in all the offices concerned, and there’s no record of Rigathi having served as DO of the area. His tweet read,
Hon Kuria Kimani- MP Molo
There is no record whatsoever that shows that incoming Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua was a D.O in Molo. As MP Molo, I’ve been to the offices concerned and indeed authoritatively clarified that. Tuwache propaganda jameni. Live on
