Milton Nyakundo controversial statement after Amina extended Transition Committee’s term leaves Kenyans even more confused

In a statement sent to mashinaninews.com, Nyakundi stated four points on his stand regarding the FKF elections which he drew his candidature.
The statement read:

Due to the uncertainity surrounding when the FKF elections will be held, owing to a number of factors, I hereby announce that I have, in the meantime, shelved my ambition to run for the Presidency of the Fkf Kenya but will continue to be active in the pursuit of the reform agenda to improve the governance at the federation.
Upon the electoral roadmap being clear and certain in terms of when the elections will be held, I will make my decision known on my aspirations to head the FKF.

3. I fully support CS Amina Mohammed and the government in the quest to reform Kenyan football and have hope that, sooner rather than later, FIFA will be on the table to partner GoK in taking the final step to restore the peide of Kenyan football
I wish everyone all the best as I look forward to us regrouping once roadmap is clear to resume our football reforms agenda.
He wished all Kenyans well.
