Kitui Governor Charity Ngilu has released a video of Ministry of Interior Cabinet Secretary Dr. Fred Matiangi attacking Deputy President William Ruto sending a warning to Kenyans.

In the video, CS Matiangi has been recorded informing that Kenyans should be careful not to fall into the trap of lies from DP RUTO saying that the second in Comand has been left to make lame promises which he has not even a formula on how he will implement some.

Matiangi has said that DP Ruto has turned to blame a non-existent government body over his failures including seeking sympathy on claims that there are powerful persons in government known as the Deep state who have been out intimidating him.

The Ministry of Interior has said that DP Ruto has turned into a leader who is a hypocrite saying that in “the morning you speak like the Government, in the afternoon you speak like the opposition.”

“You are just lying to Kenyans because you are telling them things they just want to hear and because they are not asking you questions ls you just get along with it,” Matiangi has added.

Meanwhile, the Deputy President, William Ruto has hinted at how his government under Kenya Kwanza will sort out problems of questionable degrees mostly held by politicians. In his remarks, the Kenya Kwanza Presidential candidate hinted that his administration will hold education forums to help sort out the problem of questionable degrees.

The second in Command went ahead to raise concerns that some claim to possess degrees whereas no one knows where they went to school, who their lecturers are nor their classmates.

“These discussions will help us sort out problems like people claiming they have degrees, but no one knows where they went, who their lecturers are, who their classmates are,” DP Ruto said. The remarks by DP Ruto came amidst a storm to verify degree qualification of various degree certificates held by politicians ahead of the August polls. The Deputy President spoke while attending a Kenya Kwanza Education Forum at the Catholic University of Eastern Africa in Nairobi as the Chief Guest.
