A Kenyan nanny working in Lebanon Rozah Rozalina Samson has  become an internet sensation, capturing the hearts of people worldwide after an emotional farewell video with the children she cared for went viral over the weekend.

The video, shared on TikTok by Rosie’s Lebanese employers, Maria Cataleya, showcased a heart-wrenching scene at the airport.

Four small children, deeply attached to Rosie, tearfully bid her farewell as she embarked on a holiday trip back to her homeland in Kenya.

The raw emotions captured in those moments resonated with viewers globally, sparking a wave of empathy and admiration for the bond between Rosie and the children.

Maria Cataleya, the Lebanese employer, expressed her desperation in a heartfelt TikTok video, pleading with Rosie to return.

In her emotional plea, she laid bare the void left by Rosie’s absence, saying, “I need like six people in place of her. Try to appreciate Rosie when you see her on the streets. Tell her to come back to us, please. Mummy misses her, the kids miss her. I can’t go out alone with my husband. I can’t travel anymore.”

The video triggered an outpouring of support from fans worldwide, with messages pouring in, expressing admiration for Rosie’s dedication and the deep connection she forged with the children.

In response to the global attention, Rosie, currently in Kenya visiting her family and children, reassured her Lebanese employers through another TikTok video that she would be returning.

The father of the now-viral twins, using his TikTok handle 𝘑𝘢𝘯𝘶 ☆, expressed his well wishes, saying, “Rosie, I wish you a happy life with your children. I hope that you will come after a while with your children to Lebanon. Just a visit.”

His wife, soukita92@, echoed the sentiment, “Rosie, come back to Lebanon soon for Mimi and Kitty❤.” Rosie responded with a heartfelt “inshaallah🙏,” expressing her commitment to returning.
