Beautiful Gloria Ntazola, who gained fame after confronting county askaris, popularly known as Kanjo, has revealed that despite the online praise she received for her brave act, her parents and her boyfriend were not pleased at all.
Ntazola made it clear that her mother is a church pastor, and her fierce confrontation with the Kanjo, resembling an injured porcupine, did not sit well with her at all. She mentioned that her mother was deeply disappointed and called her, questioning why she behaved that way. However, Ntazola responded, saying that in Nairobi, one needs to have tough skin.
She also stated that her father was not happy with her altercation with the Kanjo. Initially, even her boyfriend was upset, but later he praised her for standing up to the Kanjo.
The 25-year-old beauty, a businesswoman with two cosmetic shops in Nairobi, revealed that on social media, she mainly focuses on creating humorous content.
However, she emphasized that she doesn’t regret what she did but only regrets the way she confronted the Kanjo, using harsh and offensive language.
After her TikTok account sank, possibly due to her use of offensive language while recording the Kanjo, Ntazola expressed her surprise at how her fans quickly followed her on her new account when she informed them about it.
“My account sank, probably because I used abusive language against the Kanjo, but after telling people I’ve started a new account, I was amazed at how quickly and massively they followed me. Right now, I have more than 50,000 followers,” proudly stated Ntazola.
