In a heartbreaking revelation on Twitter, a man known as Chuks shared his personal story, shedding light on the harsh reality that relationships don’t always succeed, despite fervent prayers.
Chuks disclosed that he used to pray with his fiancée over the phone regularly, believing they were building a strong foundation for their love. However, unbeknownst to him, she was cheating on him.
Chuks was responding to a young woman who said that every woman longs to marry a pious man who prays for their love every night before going to bed.
Chuks replied saying that from the experience he had, women are not easy to understand because he and his girlfriend used to do prayer sessions over the phone every day before going to sleep, but later the same woman slept with another man and worse still got pregnant.
“Women want a man who will pray and pray for them before entering the bed,” the woman wrote.
“We have done these things… we prayed over the phone many times but she got pregnant for someone else under my roof. 😌😌😌” he answered him with frustration.
The online conversation sparked mixed reactions. Some people poked fun at Chuks, suggesting he must have prayed for her to get pregnant, not to stay with him.
Others expressed sympathy for his situation, acknowledging the pain and embarrassment he must have felt.
Some people made fun of him telling him that he was praying for her to get pregnant and not to live with him while others felt sorry for him.

“Maybe you didn’t pray enough. Did you also fast for him?” Mr. Anu asked him.
