Kenyan businesswoman and singer Akothee is well-known not only for her remarkable career but also for her unwavering support for her family, especially her youngest daughter, Fancy Makadia.

Recently, Fancy found herself at the center of pregnancy rumors, prompting her to set the record straight on social media.

In a post that caught the attention of her followers and, of course, her ever-supportive mother, Fancy categorically denied the pregnancy rumors.

She made it clear that she was not pregnant and had never been expectant. Additionally, she emphasized that there was no child she had left with a nanny. H

What is truly heartwarming in this story is the supportive relationship between Akothee and her daughter. Akothee is known for her strong-willed personality and her devotion to her family.

She seized the opportunity to empower her daughter and express her views on the matter.

Akothee reassured Fancy that there was nothing wrong with having children and advised her not to let societal pressures dictate her choices.

In her words, she wanted to empower her daughter to make decisions about her life without being controlled by others.

Akothee even shared her own experience, stating, “I am also pregnant, and no one is controlling my life. Give birth when you are ready. The baby won’t be left behind with a nanny; the nanny will be me.”

This recent show of support comes months after Fancy introduced her partner to the public in April. In her social media post, Fancy expressed her gratitude for her partner’s love and support.

She affectionately referred to him as ‘Osiep Chunya’ (My heart friend), highlighting the depth of their closeness and intimacy. This move showed that Fancy has found a loving and supportive partner who stands by her side.
