A Murang’a police officer found himself in a precarious situation, forced to escape through the window of his house. Locals had confronted him due to his alleged romantic involvement with a Form Four girl.
The incident took place near the Wanjerere Police Post in Kangema, where angry residents had gathered, ready to unleash their wrath on the officer.
Inooro TV reported that, in a bid to save his life, the law enforcement officer made a daring escape through a window, fleeing from the enraged crowd. Notably, the Form Four girl was present in his house when the residents stormed the premises.
Investigations into this incident have already commenced, as authorities seek to understand the circumstances surrounding this alarming situation.
In a separate incident, police officers from Bomet County were also involved in a search for a pastor who allegedly disappeared with a Form Four girl from Ngeririt Secondary School.
The pastor is suspected to have left with the student after attending the school’s prayer day.
According to a police report, the last known location of the pastor and the schoolgirl was Mogogosiek Trading Centre, where they reportedly boarded a boda boda and vanished into an unknown location.”
