His lifeless body was discovered in his mother’s house in Kabuoro Sub-location, hanging from a rope tied around his neck.

Area Assistant Chief Johanes Ooko Malela confirmed the tragic event, expressing the community’s bewilderment as they grapple to understand the reasons behind the medical officer’s desperate act.

While the specific cause remains unclear, unverified reports indicate that Owuor was facing familial challenges, particularly with his wife.
