He suggested that young people should delay marriage until they reach a more mature age.
”Don’t get married before you are 38. Stretch it to 40 if you can! But if you are smart, never get married. Shalom,” he posted

Barker-Vormawor’s viewpoint may seem counterintuitive as societal norms often encourage people to marry young and start a family early to fulfill their parental responsibilities before retirement or declining health.
However, he argued that factors such as failed marriages, lingering trauma from others’ experiences, the high cost of weddings and dowries, and other challenges have made marriage a daunting prospect for many young individuals.
