Citizen TV has made an exciting choice for the hosts to fill the shoes of the renowned Willis Raburu on their popular show “10 over 10.”
Royal Media Services has chosen Aziza Hashim, who is also known as Azeezah, and the vibrant entertainer, Gudah Man, to take over the show’s dynamic hosting duties.
A reliable source, who spoke to Classic105’s Dennis Milimo, confirmed the news of Azeezah’s move to Citizen TV.
âYes It’s true, Azeezah has been picked as Willis Raburuâs replacement on 10 over 10 and she will be unveiled soon,âthe source said.
Azeezah hosted her last show on Teen Republik on August 12, 2023 âbidding goodbye to her viewers and fans for the support they have accorded her.
âI donât know how to even break this because I woke up today and cried severally, and to ever watch right now Today is my last show on Teen Republik.
For the last two years, we have doing our best and itâs been quite an amazing learning journey. Itâs been a whole 360- the first show my wig fell off and on my last show the wig fell off as well,â Azeezah said in part.
âI would like to say that I appreciate the support that I got, I have grown a lot by being at Nation Media Group. My bosses have taken a lot of chances on me. They have trusted me with a lot of things that would not be given to someone of my age and I donât take it for granted,â she added.
Azeezah acknowledged the opportunities given to her by NTV’s management, emphasizing the growth and trust she experienced during her tenure.
She mentioned that she will be taking a break from TV for a while before returning with something bigger and better.
âThe journey is going up from hereâĤbut a small break from TV,â Azeezah concluded her parting shot.
Aziza Hashim joined NTV IN November 2021 together with Joseph Maina, replacing Tracy Wanjiru and Martin Kimathi who had left the show.
On the other hand, Willis Raburu left Citizen TV after 13 years and now he works for Governor Sakaja.
