Rigathi Gachagua lifts the lid revealing when DP Ruto will quit his position

Mathira Member of Parliament Rigathi Gachagua has finally lifted the lid revealing when the DP will quit his position as the DP Hours after DP Ruto made it clear that he will dump the ruling Jubilee party for UDA.

The Tanga Tanga legislator noted that the DP has for a long time been frustrated by President Uhuru Kenyatta with his duties being allocated to other individuals but the DP has always kept his cool serving the Jubilee administration.

“The President for his own reasons decided to frustrate the Deputy President. DP Ruto has not absconded duty. His duties have been given to Fred Matiang’i and Raila Odinga.” Rigathi said.

The Mathira legislator continued to blame it all on the handshake which he alleged was purely driven by individual interests as opposed to the interests of the nation as its put to appear.

“This handshake has got nothing to do with the people of Kenya, it’s about the two leaders, their political ambitions and 2022 succession.” Gachagua slammed.

The firebrand Member of Parliament confirmed that the second in command will only exit office in 2022 at the expiry of President Uhuru Kenyatta’s current term and his transition to State House as the President and not any time sooner than that.

“Ruto will stay in office until the last day … he will leave the Office of the Deputy President on his way to State House as the president of Kenya,“ added the lawmaker.

As per Rigathi, the ruling outfit is no more following the bolting out of all the sober people leaving it a shadow of it former self with friends like COTU boss Francis Atwoli.

“Jubilee left a long time ago and the party became very dictatorial and uncompromising. The party is technically dead. The party leader makes unilateral decisions but I can tell you for free the membership moved a long time ago. The handshake has destroyed Jubilee and Nasa.

“As for Francis Atwoli, these are friends Jubilee keeps and that’s why we have left Jubilee. The people cannot take another day of this government. They want this government gone.” Rigathi said in his interview with NTV on Tuesday night.
