He would come home drunk and start to strangle me- Saumu Mbuvi claims Senator Anwar once tried to take her life

Speaking to a local radio station, Saumu revealed to Massawe Japanni that :

“I WAS GOING THROUGH EMOTIONAL AND PHYSICAL TORTURE. HE SAID HE BEAT ME ONCE BECAUSE I’M BI-POLAR. I HAVE ACCEPTED MY SITUATION; ITS NOT SOMETHING TO LAUGH ABOUT. HE KNEW ABOUT MY CONDITION AND KNEW I WAS TAKING MEDICATION.”

She further said:

“HE WOULD COME HOME DRUNK AND START TO STRANGLE ME TELLING ME THAT HE IS GOING TO KILL ME ONE DAY. IMAGINE! FOR WHAT? THERE’S A TIME HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO KILL ME. MY DAD TOOK ANWAR AS A TRUE FRIEND, BUT ANWAR BETRAYED HIM, BUT I HAVE BEAUTIFUL KIDS TO FOCUS ON.”

As much as Saumu says that the senator is a deadbeat dad, she says she wishes him all the best in his life.
