Former Senate Majority Leader and Elgeyo Marakwet Senator Kipchumba Murkomen has reacted to the success of Building Bridges Initiative Bill Constitutional Amendment Bill 2020 in County Assemblies.
Taking to Twitter, the Senator wondered why the BBI proponents were happy with the new development yet they are on their own.
“Why are BBI promoters excited and overjoyed? When you are running on your own, how are you celebrating that you won?” Wrote Murkomen.

Its only in Kenya where members of county assemblies (majority without degree certificate) unanimously voted for the document that declare them ineligible in the 2022 election ( degree certificate mandatory), literally voting to make themselves redundant and jobless

One may think the passing of BBI is going to make RUTO poor or make him a different person from what he is. If at all the BBI is about improving Kenyans why is RUTO being targeted whenever a county assembly passes it? Ffs, even if BBI passes, Ruto will not suffer. Kenyans will
