Emotions run high in the family of the late Matungu Member Parliament Justus Murunga as the court temporarily stops the burial of the MP until 26 November.
The MP’s burial plans were stopped after the Milimani Law Courts Principal Magistrate Agnes Makau’s directive to the MP’s family to wait until a case filed by a woman who claims the diseased sired her two kids was looked into and determined before they can proceed to lay the MP to rest.
The woman identified as Agnes Wambiri reportedly moved to court demanding to be included in the late lawmaker’s burial arrangement and also wanted a DNA test to be conducted for her two kids she claim were Murunga’s blood.
