Former Director of Digital and Communication in the Office of the President Dennis Itumbi has claimed that the Deputy President William Ruto was forced to give way for the cabinet secretary by the CS security.
The deputy president reportedly found himself in a humbling situation after being forced to allow a Cabinet Secretary to pass through.
After the sirens were raised and three cops alighted to clear the way for the CS, even the deputy president obliged to clear the way.
The DP would have decided to excise his powers as the country’s Deputy President but he decided to let it be to avoid much drama and commotion.
The DP followed the traffic and did not raise any siren to be accorded the priority as any other top official in the government.
